I began this journey of writing my life story because of the numerous years I was told, “You should write a book about your life.” As life continued on, I began to see the importance of telling my story. It is a story of trials and triumphs that have helped numerous individuals over the years help achieve the goals and dreams they may have had in their own lives. I’ve been a mentor since I was 24 years old. I saw then that my experiences would make a difference in the future of young men and women from the inner cities and even the suburbs. See more below

Everyone faces life struggles, and they’re not any less painful to the person going through them, whatever their financial status may be. I try to be someone who can provide that word of advice at that exact moment a person may need to hear it, even without them saying it out loud. I believe that we all should help one another when we can. No one can do it alone, and everyone needs help sometimes. I do my best to be that person to lean on when needed.

I was really looking forward to getting this book, and it lived up to my expectations. Right from when I received it, I could tell it was made well. It’s a big, a bit heavy, and just holding it feels good. It’s a high quality book. It looks great, and I can’t wait to start reading.

I purchased this book without knowing what to expect; however, I look forward to reading it from cover to cover. From the purchase of the book to receiving it, I must admit that I am very impressed. It was packaged with genuine care, autographed, and built well. I have started the book and have not been able to put it down. It has been captivating, from the content of the message to the memorable pictures. This autobiography speaks volumes through adversity and perseverance. It goes to show that we never know what a person has been through by the judgement of face value.

Can you say, “MOVIE?” Wow! The Problem Solver is an autobiography about achieving success despite humble beginnings with a broken family, growing up in the hood and living a street life with drugs, scams, and trouble with the law. Detailing the rejection, disappointments, and trial-and-error lessons from personal experiences, Fred Davis reflects deeply on the obstacles, dangers, and successes of life, while ultimately appreciating that which makes life worthwhile and asking the question, “How did I get here?”

Wow, what an amazing biography through all the ups and downs. The setbacks came with a major comeback. What a well told story of life through all the obstacles you are still here thriving and moving forward in life in which we all need to take heed to living our best in this thing called life. As a personal friend of Mr. Fred Davis, when this book arrived, I knew from the packaging itself that it was going to be phenomenal and it has not disappointed me. Thank you Mr. Fred Davis for allowing your life story to be in print, looking forward toward seeing this on the movie screen!

Mr. Davis’s life’s snapshot in a book was perhaps one of the most exciting and motivating books I have read in quite sometime. There were so many parts of the book that were nearly identical to parts of my life which made the book all the more endearing to me. I recommend this book to anyone interesting in reading how a self-made man is created.
